Terms and Conditions

You buy a licence to use our scripts on your own FiveM servers. Payments are handled by Tebex. Do not share, resell or leak our work.

About these terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of products sold by Vantix Studios ("Vantix Studios", "we", "us" or "our") through vantixstudios.net (the "Store"). By creating a basket, completing a purchase, or downloading, installing or using any of our products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our products.

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

Our reseller, Tebex

Our Store is powered by Tebex Limited ("Tebex"), who act as our official reseller and merchant of record. Tebex processes every payment, issues your receipt, collects any applicable sales tax or VAT, and handles payment disputes. When you check out, you also agree to the Tebex Checkout Terms, and your payment data is handled under the Tebex Privacy Policy.

Your bank or card statement will normally show a payment to Tebex rather than to Vantix Studios.

Products and pricing

Our products are digital resources for FiveM servers ("Resources"). Descriptions, screenshots and videos are provided in good faith to show what a Resource does. Small visual differences may exist between versions as we update our products.

Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout, and taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location. We may change prices, run promotions or withdraw products at any time. These changes never affect an order that has already been paid.

Delivery

Resources are delivered through Cfx.re Keymaster to the Cfx.re account you sign in with at checkout. Delivery is normally automatic within a few minutes of your payment being confirmed, although some payment methods take longer to clear.

You are responsible for signing in with the correct Cfx.re account. Moving a Resource to a different account is not guaranteed and is handled at our discretion. If your Resource has not arrived within 24 hours, contact us with your Tebex transaction ID.

Your licence

Once your payment is complete, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use the Resource on FiveM servers that you own or operate, linked to the Cfx.re account used at purchase.

Resources are licensed, not sold. Vantix Studios keeps all ownership and intellectual property rights in our Resources, including code, interfaces, images, sounds and documentation.

Files we deliberately leave unencrypted, such as configuration files, locales and framework bridges, may be edited for use on your own servers.

What you may not do

Unless we give you written permission, you must not:

  • resell, share, give away, leak, re-upload, rent, sublicense or otherwise redistribute any Resource or any part of it, whether paid or free;
  • remove, bypass or attempt to defeat Cfx.re Asset Escrow or any other protection we use;
  • decompile, reverse engineer or copy protected code, except where the law expressly allows it;
  • use any part of a Resource, including its interface, assets or code, in another product or to build a competing product;
  • remove our copyright notices or present our work as your own;
  • use a Resource in breach of the Cfx.re or FiveM terms of service, or any applicable law.

Updates and support

We may release updates, fixes and new features for our Resources. Updates are provided free of charge through Keymaster for as long as we maintain the product. We may stop maintaining a product, for example if changes to FiveM or a framework make it impractical to continue.

Support is provided through tickets on our Discord server. We will make reasonable efforts to help with installation and with problems caused by our Resources. We cannot guarantee response times, and we do not support Resources that have been heavily modified, unsupported frameworks, or conflicts caused by third-party resources.

Third-party platforms

Our Resources rely on platforms and services we do not control, including FiveM and Cfx.re, Grand Theft Auto V, ESX, QBCore, QBox and Discord. Vantix Studios is not affiliated with or endorsed by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive or Cfx.re. Changes to these platforms may affect how a Resource works, and we are not responsible for their availability or behaviour.

Suspension and termination

If you breach these Terms, we may, without a refund, revoke your licence, remove the Resource from your Keymaster where possible, stop providing updates and support, and remove you from our Discord server. Where a breach involves leaking or redistributing our work, we may also take legal action.

The sections on ownership, restrictions, disclaimers and liability continue to apply after your licence ends.

Disclaimer

Resources are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise that a Resource will be free of errors, run without interruption, or be compatible with every server setup, framework version or third-party resource. You are responsible for testing Resources and keeping backups of your server files and database before installing or updating any Resource.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vantix Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of data, revenue or players, or server downtime, arising from the use of, or inability to use, a Resource. Our total liability for any claim relating to a Resource is limited to the amount you paid for that Resource.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page, with its "last updated" date, applies to every purchase made after it is published. If you keep using the Store or our Resources after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
